Xpower is commercialized on a Sales as a Service basis (SAAS). The recurring “license fees” are directly related to the number of Product Sales Representatives (PSR) in the country or region of scope and charged annually. Technical services and platform maintenance costs are included. Set-up and training costs are charged one time. Xcellen grants their clients a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software services. The license includes any updates to the existing modules during the service period.
Yes, Xcellen provides training sessions for all new clients for all sites. The training includes instructions on how to use the Xpower web platform and mobile application. We also provide demo data for self-practice sample cases. In addition, detailed step by step user guides for all types of users and a comprehensive knowledgebase are provided. Furthermore, we also provide training for your internal support team.
Xcellen will work with you to ensure a robust and well-planned rollout. We will support you every step of the way. Usually, after signing all the relevant documents (NDA, SLA,…), we start with the preparation phase. This includes setting up the platform environment and cloud-servers, and testing. Then we provide the training and start a phased rollout to the countries in scope. Of course, we collaborate closely during this phase, regularly touching base and providing hypercare support. Xpower is secured with SHA-2 2048-bit encryption level SSL to ensure encrypted traffic and secured communication between the client and server. Xpower is deployed to achieve complete data isolation per instance. Xcellen’s platforms are deployed and hosted on secured Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in Frankfurt Germany, California and Singapore. Yes, there are different user types and an access hierarchy. The different user types and layered access allows you to request validation according to job roles and define the degree of detail they are allowed to access. Within one country you can have one or multiple country admins. The global admin can access several countries from one desk.
Data import and export is very simple in Xpower. It only takes a few clicks to upload your data and start the analysis even if there is no CRM Integration in place. To make it even more simple, Xpower comes with built-in (excel spreadsheet) templates for you to upload your data. The templates help you to arrange your data, so you will not have to match and merge it in Xpower. You can download your outcomes or preliminary results at any time as excel spreadsheets. You can also download the targeting results as an MCCP compatible file. In addition to downloading the results of your analysis as raw data (spreadsheets), you can also download easy-to-read plots and graphs for your next business presentation. If you need a customized MCCP export file, talk to our sales team members.

We listen to our client’s suggestions and treat them as collaborators in creating value added improvements.
Xcellen can provide customized reports/dashboards in addition to the standard reports and dashboards already provided in the Xpower platforms. We can also accommodate other customizations such as providing a space for your company logo etc. The customization costs will be charged in addition to the subscription fee. Such charges will be agreed in advance with the client based on the scope of customization and time required to create.
All software updates during the service period are free of charge. Xcellen will make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Xpower platforms and mobile application available with an uptime of at least 99% time of the service period. Xcellen will announce downtimes due to maintenance prior to the services becoming unavailable.
