Marcus has a Master degree in Managed Healthcare with main focus on Health Economics, Healthcare Systems & Politics and an additional Marketing and Economics degree.

He worked in companies like BMS, Hoechst, Stiefel/GSK and Wyeth/Pfizer. Wagner was the Manager Director for Softcaps Brazil and a BUD for Elsevier Brazil. He is also an executive coach.

He has a degree in Medicine and an MBA from the University of São Paulo, Brazil.
