General Changes in Xpower Customer Targeting

Xcellen knowledgebase: A floating help widget is answering “How-to” questions and more than 100 searchable articles will guide you on PST best practices

Interactive user guides: A new user guide format offers faster help and easier training. Use the search function to directly get to your topic.

Improved »Adjust via rules« page: Review changes made by admins easier with the editable rule summary. Available in all adjustment settings (Segmentation, Resource Allocation, Territory Design)

New Xpower starting page: Resume your work quicker and navigate directly to your latest work with the latest page views per section.

Improved design consistency: Consistency eliminates confusion, saves time, and enables easier navigation. The upgrade will include improved consistency in design – like the placement of action buttons – to keep the process simple.

More flexibility and sorting options on graphs: Charts can be sorted by name and by value, scroll in and scroll out functions to zoom in and out, comprehensive graphs will have a range slider, and a consistent color code is implemented. Plot and axis titles can be renamed, and downloads of the charts are now available as SVG-files.

Multiple languages on mobile app: For a better profiling experience there are now also the following languages available: English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Russian.

NEW Sales Target Setting (STS) module: Sales target setting is the process that defines the national and individual territory targets for a brand. Within a user-friendly interface you can use up to 19 sales target setting approaches, run robust diagnostics, find easy and flexible phasing methods, and improve buy-in with a controlled sales target validation. In addition, you have access to the interactive STS user guide and to all STS knowledgebase articles. – free of cost until the end of the year

Easy apply logic tests: Use preset logic test options just by clicking and adding them to your questions without creating an equation.

Test questionnaires before going live: Eliminate any issues or errors before you roll out your next profiling initiative and test questionnaires in advance without creating a dummy PSR to test.

New question type: To provide all types of questions there is now also a ranking question in. The ranking question allows to compare items to each other by placing them in order of preference. This is very helpful especially when inquiring about behavior.

Enhanced REPORTING:

Easier navigation: Toggle between the progress and quality check dashboard for the same survey and save time while you are doing your analysis. In addition, the »Quality check« button is included and if surveys are in »submitted« status the system reminds you to run the quality check for these data.

Quality Check Dashboard for uploaded data:  Quality checks also apply to your already existing data. Quickly identify quality issues also for uploaded data with the additional quality check dashboard.

Analyze mirror accounts: Also check for data quality within mirror accounts and compare different answers easily with intuitive overviews. Include mirror accounts in your general data quality analysis and decide how to express them (sum, average, minimum or maximum value)

Additional SEGMENTATION options:

You select your account list and choose data out of surveys or uploaded data (delinked from PSR structure or product). This enables you to include previous data, CRM data or 3rd party data to your segmentation without preparing the files manually. The system is doing that for you from now on.

Use data stored on account level: Use stored data independently to run your segmentation or combine them with survey data. This enables you to get even faster to your segments – especially in data rich markets.

Simpler weight assignments: Save time while assigning weights to different variables. Use the preset options to easily apply percentages. But of course, you can also keep your mathematical formulas to assign weights.

Weight subgroups differently: Create subsets of your target group (e.g. based on speciality, region,…) and set different weightings for each group.

Introducing Behavior Segments: By a clear demarcation gateways are opened for different approaches in the future for behavior segmentation, as there is now a separate section for building scenarios. Meanwhile, this helps you to differentiate your scenario approaches.

Mirror account handling: Choose the level of segmentation for account lists if there are mirror accounts included. PSR structure and segmentation level can now be handled independently to deal with mirror accounts.

Decide how to treat mirror account data: Keep creating more than one segment out of mirror accounts or select average, higher value or sum to create a unique segment.

Decile based individual segments: Customer segments can be defined by using a decile approach which brings more flexibility in.

More VALIDATION settings:

Select channels to validate: To control the scope, type and amount of changes and to keep the workload for the sales team to check low, channels which should be sent for validation can be selected or deselected. In addition, frequency boundaries can be set.

Select segments to validate: Instead of all or nothing, you can now choose the segments that should be sent for validation, e.g. instead of sending all (ABCD) segments, just send B and C for validation. In addition, there is also the possibility to put boundaries.

Corrective measures for admin users: An easier comparison of changes for admin users improves documentation. Changes made by the sales team can now be overwritten by Admin users

Validation summary for mobile app users: Before submitting the validation changes, app users now get a validation summary to retrace their changes in total.

Mirror account validation: Validation for mirror accounts can be requested from each rep, data sets received can be individually or one data set per mirror account.
